Such a microdermabrasion machine uses rapid minute motions rather than the blasting action of crystals. The hard diamond will slough off the surface of the skin as they vibrate rapidly. Some patients would prefer the use of microdermabrasion machines without crystals, as they are more comfortable for those with sensitive skin. In addition, the microdermabrasion machines without crystals are also supposedly faster to use than the machines with crystals, making them ideal for those who prefer a quick microdermabrasion treatment.

While these microdermabrasion machines without crystals are more expensive, the results will be the same as those using crystals. So, if you are deciding on a spa for microdermabrasion treatment, you may want to choose one that uses the microdermabrasion machines that you prefer and the corresponding price that you are prepared to pay.
